MISSION: To help women everywhere let go of the food insanity and teach them how to savor every bite of food and life.

Peace in Every Bite represents a paradigm shift from:

obsessing to freedom
forcing & manipulating to eating with intuitive ease
depriving to savoring
staying stagnant to flowing with Spirit

That is Peace with Food.

The Peace in Every Bite Manifesto

Your VISION for you is the MOST valuable thing you could ever have, create one, hold it tight and see it manifest.

DO NOT discount your desires, for “the starting point of all achievement is desire.”

You have the power in every moment, in every meal, in every bite to CHOOSE a new future, a new life for yourself.

You, an infinite, DIVINE being, deserve to be FREE from:

  • the guilt of what you just ate
  • deprivation
  • the “shoulds” that are not wants and the punishments attached

Receiving what you desire DOES NOT have to be so hard. Embrace the concept of EASE and let go of the struggle.

You, an infinite, DIVINE being, deserve to be filled with pleasure and joy in each and every bite of food {& life}.

Life is here to be experienced and enjoyed. Accept life’s invitations with your joy being your only criteria. You deserve to be FREE of saying I would love to, BUT I’m on a diet, there would be nothing for me to eat, I couldn’t, maybe when I lose weight etc. LIFE IS NOW.

Your body is your HOME. Love, respect, honor and listen to it like it does you.

You, an infinite, DIVINE being, are worth more than a number on a scale, or what you ate for dinner.

You, an infinite, DIVINE being, deserve to be so FULL of love you can’t even stand it.

There is a place that exists, where you can have PEACE in every bite.

About Jackie

They often say that if you want to know what you’re passionate about look at your childhood. As a kid, I would spend hours in the kitchen fearlessly mixing and stirring and beating and sautéing. I loved every second I spent in the kitchen, creating. Food was fun. It was my passion, my art.

It was also at this young age that food became my best friend and comfort. I started abusing it and using it to deal with life. My body image nose dived and food turned from friend to foe. The years of middle school to high school were filled with fat talk and points and calories and restriction and bingeing and control and “good” days and “bad” days and guilt and shame and struggle. I rarely cooked. I was hardly self-expressed. Inside, I felt like it would be like that forever. Enter college and my creative, authentic self was even more so squashed and bogged down.

By the time I had entered the “real world” I had been stuffing my true self down deep for years. I was still at war with food, my body and had no form of self-expression. Plus, I felt terrible. Tired, achy, lazy, uninspired, unmotivated.

I had enough, I had no choice but to make a change. I could feel that flicker of light still inside of me beg to be shining brightly once again. I completely changed my diet and my life. I ate more fruits and vegetables than I ever had in my life, lost weight, got back in the kitchen, felt alive and lighter and freer. I saw the fog roll out. I felt the connection to myself again, I found a passion in nutrition and holistic living and got back in touch with nature. I saw first hand the connection between all aspects of life – what you eat, how you think, what you do. It is all integrated.

I then decided to sign up at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and subsequently founded Peace in Every Bite.

I am dedicated to living a life of pure authenticity. Loving myself, being myself, expressing myself and using my gifts for good – I’ve found my freedom.

Professional Training

I received my training as a certified holistic health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the largest nutrition school in the world and the only school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts. IIN has completely changed my life. Contact me if you’re interesting in finding out more about this amazing school.
